I think this is such a wonderful art form that teaches disipline and patience as well. I always wanted my boys to take up this sport but there was no interest. Maybe one of my grandsons will take up Judo. I can only wish...

i like watch things like wrestling or ju-do. It looks so capturing for me! especially when the weight is 70-85 kg! that's the most beatuful spectacle for entertainment! much more interesting than football!

very good stuff but my personal tastes kind of lean towards judo of the past more upright than all this hunched over stuff
